The unique capabilities of this payload when integrated with the Slocum platform will be described. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Observer payload is applicable to other Teledyne platforms and can be integrated with many Teledyne sensors.
